Happy 50th Anniversary Tuckahoe Federation Families! The 2010 – 2011 program marks our 50th year of building strong kids, strong families and strong communities. To start the program year, we will have two special events to celebrate the success of the Y-Guide, Y-Princess and Y-Papoose programs. On September 11, 2010 all Association Y-Guides, Y-Princess & Y-Papoose families are invited to the Federation Pow-Wow from 1:00 – 4:00pm at YMCA Camp Thunderbird in Chesterfield. The Federation Pow-Wow will have all sorts of special activities such as a Black Hawk Helicopter, the Chesterfield Fire and Police Departments as well as swimming, storytelling, canoeing and archery. After the Pow-Wow, the Tuckahoe Federation’s past, current and future families are invited to a cookout to celebrate 50 years. Charlie and I are collecting pictures for a slide show as well as any tribal property to display during the event. Please plan on joining us to reflect on our past and look towards the Tuckahoe Federation’s future. Enclosed is a flier that provides details about how to register for both events.

Membership Fee – ALL Participants must have some type of current YMCA Family Facility Membership or Community Membership throughout the entire program year. Community membership fees due at time of registration & must be current during the program year.
Program Fee – Program fee due at time of registration, in addition to membership fee.
